An NC State Night Game--Go Wolfpack!!
Now that I've decided to do this blog, I figured I would get some input on what the title of the blog should be:
The winner (by an 8 to 2 margin) goes to: Good Wing Hunting, which I am happy about because it was my pick as well!
To give a little background, I've been eating chicken wings on a solid basis since I began ordering from Wing King Kempsville. My passion for their wings drove me into one of my first jobs during highschool as a Wing King delivery driver (oh the joys of driving hot wings around in a pre cell-phone age!)
Since about 1999 I've been taking mental notes on what makes the perfect chicken wing... alas, over 12 years later I am going to start writing those notes down. The vision for this blog will be to take pictures of wings, comment on what makes a good wing, and (yes) eat wings!
As a friend of mine from Buffalo always said: "Wings outside of Buffalo are nothing but hot chicken pieces." I have to agree given that this is the birthplace of the chicken wing; however, instead of using the term "hot chicken pieces," I will be using the generic term "chicken wings."
